How to choose the right project management course for you...

Level 1 courses:

For Project Managers and team members who have not had prior project management training this is the place to start - even if you have been managing projects for many years. In fact,  even PMPs who take this course say that it helps them gain a “real world” understanding of how the tools and techniques of project management all work together to help bring about project success.

Level 2 courses:

For people who are making a career in project management, once you have Level 1 training, our Level 2 courses will help provide you with the tools, skills, and credentials you require to succeed.

Level 2 courses may be taken in any order depending on your needs. Most people will not need to take all of these courses. If your goal is to become a PMP (Project Management Professional) and you already meet the experience requirements set out by PMI, our 3-day PMP Exam Prep course will likely be your first choice. If you do not meet the PMI experience requirements for becoming a PMP, or if you already are a PMP, taking our other Level 2 courses will give you the tools you need to succeed.

In addition, many of our Level 1 and Level 2 courses count towards a University of Waterloo and University of Toronto certificate in project management - just what you need to give yourself a competitive edge in today’s economy.
