The process typically involves four stages:
Stage 1: Conduct an assessment

A needs assessment helps get stakeholders involved, establishes clear and realistic expectations, and helps obtain overall buy-in for the process.
Stage 2: Develop a plan
Building sustainable project management culture and systems within an organization is in itself a project, and like any project it must be planned. Depending on the organization’s requirements, the scope may include any or all of the following:
- Project Management training suited to key stakeholder groups
- Development of custom project management tools and templates
- Facilitation of project teams through key stages of actual projects
- Individual or group coaching and mentoring
Stage 3: Implement the plan
WCP associates help you implement the agreed strategy and communicate with you every step of the way to assess progress and stay on track.
Stage 4: Assess the results and plan next steps
WCP helps you assess the results of your efforts and offers guidance to help you continuously build upon your solid foundation.
